Our customer portal application will send you three notifications when your electricity balance is low:
•When your account balance is between R250 and R151
•When your account balance is between R150 and R0.00
•When your account reaches R0.00
Once your balance hits R0.00, you will receive a disconnect notification, and your smart meter will automatically disconnect to prevent usage. Stay informed and manage your account proactively!
