If you’re a tenant planning to vacate your unit, it’s super easy! Just log into our customer portal at https://fungienergy.co.za/ and submit a cancellation ticket. You’ll receive a cancellation form to complete. Once your account is closed, we’ll send you an email prompting you to withdraw any remaining funds.
Please keep in mind that if you have an outstanding balance, you’ll receive an email detailing the amount that needs to be settled. If you have any questions during this process, we’re here to help!
